The brief for the catering coursework was to plan, prepare and cook two courses suitable to sell in a cafe or restaurant, each dish had to be British themed and include seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Year 11 Child Development Coursework
The theme for the child development coursework was to design and make a selection of dishes for children between the ages of 1-5. Each product could be sweet or savoury and had to encourage young children to eat more calcium and protein in their diet.
